We are looking for an Business Development Manager who will be responsible to:
Responsibilities :
- Hunting New platforms/tools/software to improve lead management/marketing
- Prospect and nurture lead from engagement to closing end
- Research and stay aware of industry and location-specific client information and their pain points
- Recruit, monitor and manage team members (Learning & Development)
- R&D and implementation of competitors’ behavior and success reasons
- Passion to achieve monthly targets
- Promoting the business value of services provided by the company.
- Closing deals with clients and negotiating contracts
- Present and deliver information to potential clients at client meetings.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office, Email and CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
- Clearly communicate their monthly & weekly progress to the Head.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client’s need fulfillment.
Requirements :
- Degree in marketing, business administration, Business Management, or similar with 4+ year experience in similar fields.
- Demonstrated experience and success in all aspects of capture and proposal processes
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with excellent writing and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
