InvoZone is looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), with strong leadership skills, who will work directly under the CEO.

Responsibilities

Develop effective strategies to achieve the business goals of the company
Plan the usage of technology assets by the employees while ensuring smooth functioning of the technology
Manage the Tech department and communicate with the Project Managers to identify any bottlenecks in the final product and address them.
Design policies that meet the company’s technological requirements
Stay up-to-date with the current technology trends and make required adjustments in the current technical strategy of the company
Set company wide tech objectives that would help in improving the technological assets of the company
Construct the code architecture of future projects of the company

Skills & Requirements

MS degree in Computer Science or similar field
10+ years of experience in a technological role
3+ years of experience as a CTO or similar role
Experience in building effective business strategies involving technology
Strong business acumen
Have the acumen for handling all the technical aspects of the company
Able to mentor the tech department
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Strong analytical skills
Experience working with diverse languages/frameworks
