HR Intern

We are looking for an HR Intern to support the Human Resource Department in daily tasks. This is an entry level trainee position.

Responsibilities

Maintaining automated system by updating and entering data
Maintaining calendars of HR management team
Compiling reports and spreadsheets
Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
Maintaining current HR files and databases
Serving as a point person for all new employee questions

Must-Have

Atleast Bachelors Degree in Business/Administration
Passion for HR administration
Knack for handling data and maintaining the employee record databases
Teamwork and excellent spoken and written communication skills
