We are looking for an experienced Principal Software Engineer who can lead the team, recommend software improvements and ensure that the design and application of software fulfills the quality standards of the company

Key Responsibilities:

Improving the performance of existing software.
Define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product with a minimal footprint
Design and maintain large and complex databases, both relational and non-relational databases.
Establish, refine and integrate development environment tools and software as needed
Providing training to other software engineers.
Architect, Develop, test and deploy robust products that are fast, scalable and highly responsive
Supervising and overseeing the technical aspects of projects.
Identify production and non-production application issues as a part of deployment
Deploy applications on servers with ability to quickly debug hosting related issues.
Investigating software-related complaints and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal software performance.
Attend team meetings to lead projects, brainstorm ideas, and put forward solutions to any issues.

Must have:

Minimum Bachelors Degree in CS/SE/IT
Atleast 4 years experience in MEAN/MERN Stack with leadership qualities
Strong knowledge of JavaScript
Expertise in Complete MEAN/MERN (Node js, Mongo DB, Angular/React js and Express js)
Ability to manage and lead a team of developers
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
