Senior Business Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to be part of our development team.

Job role

Hunting new platforms/tools/software to improve lead management/marketing
Prospect and nurture leads from engagement to closing end
Research and stay aware on industry and location-specific client information and their pain points
Monitor and manage team members (Their training and performance )
R&D and implementation of competitors behavior and success reasons
Passion to achieve monthly targets
Promoting the business value of services provided by the company.
Closing deals with clients and negotiating contracts
Present and deliver information to potential clients at client meetings.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
Clearly communicate their monthly & weekly progress to the Head.
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client’s need fulfillment.

Requirements :

Degree in marketing, business administration, Business Management or similar with 2-3 years experience in similar field.
Demonstrated experience and success in all aspects of capture and proposal processes
Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with excellent writing and computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
