Online Bidder / BDM

We are looking for an online bidder who will be responsible for managing the entire bid process. Be able to proactively assesses & understand client needs. Internally work with our team to understand the needs of the client and align the Proposal to precisely achieving their business goals. Very strong communication skills, i.e. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Understanding of IT outsourcing business, in general and should preferably be from a technical background (IT Industry), with Knowledge of Popular Web Technologies used in Graphic Design, Web Design & Web Application Development.

(The selected individual however will need to work only on Upwork and Freelancer.com for us.)

- Excellent Communication Skills- Being fully responsible for the bids in scope, managing time and prioritizing accordingly.- Honesty, Dedication and Hardworking- Project Management Skills- Draft emails and proposals for projects - USA Jobs will be Targeted, so the right person will need to be bidding on the precisely-relevant Jobs in USA Time Zones- The right person needs to have well-rounded awareness as well as Bidding experience of the following Technology & Development verticals:(1) E-commerce: Shopify, Magento, Wordpress, Custom E-commerce.(2) Technologies: Laravel, Angular, Custom Php Projects, Node, React.js, CakePHP.
