ION Resources PVT Ltd is looking for an HR Manager / trainer to join its Human Resources department.The incumbent should have at least 1 to 3 years of experience and least a bachelor’s degree in BBA (preferably of Recruitment experience).We're offering a very handsome package based on your work experience and dedication.Incumbent will need to work on following functions:

1 - Talent Acquisition

2 - HR Operation

3 - Client Management and relationship

4 - Training and development

5 - Attendance management

6 - Fluent Communication skills (English Compulsory)

7 - Database management8 - HRIS

9 - Building pipeline for future requirements.Preference will be given to candidate having recruitment experience in Human Resource Department.
