We are looking for a professional Real Estate 'Sales Executives' basedin Bahria Town Islamabad.

Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and
- purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions
- that suit them.
- Establishing new business.
- Working towards monthly or annual targets.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, Sale deeds etc).
- Develop networks and cooperate with real estate agents and investors.
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and dealer networks.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate projects and best practices.
Required Key skills:
- Proven working experience in Real Estate with a minimum of 2-3 years
- experience.
- Proven track of successful sales record.
- Ability to work as a team combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven by targets.
- Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written.
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
