Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the bidding process for our company, ensuring that we secure new business by submitting competitive and compelling proposals.

Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate bidding opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Prepare, submit and manage bids and proposals in a timely and efficient manner.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor proposals accordingly.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive activities, and use this information to refine bidding strategies.
Analyze bid results and identify areas for improvement in order to enhance future performance.
Manage and maintain bid databases and document management systems.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in bidding, business development, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the bidding process and proposal development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proven track record of successfully managing bids and winning new business.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Experience with bid management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
