Responsibilities:

Lead game design efforts for the development of games from concept to release.
Develop and communicate the creative vision for the game to the development team.
Design the game's mechanics, story, levels, and other game elements to ensure a cohesive experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including art, programming, and production, to ensure the game meets design goals and quality standards.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and help them develop their skills.
Conduct research on current and emerging video game trends and technologies, an integrate them into the game design when applicable.
Use analytics data and player feedback to improve the game's design and features post release.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, game design, or a related field.
5 years of experience in game design, with experience in lead game design roles.
Strong understanding of game development pipelines and processes.
Proficiency in game engines such as Unity or Unreal.
Knowledge of various game design tools and software, including level editors and
scripting languages.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for gaming and an understanding of the gaming industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
