We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Executive who will be involved in Recruiting and planning the overall HR strategy.

Requirements:

HR Executive will perform duties such as documenting the Job descriptions of the Employees.
Drafting and providing offer letters to the New and Existing Employees.
HR Executive should have knowledge of drafting and implementing VCA, WCA, FCA and contract letters.
Drawing up plans for future Hiring and Procedures
HR Executive must have sound knowledge of Employee Profiling.
The candidate should be capable of participating in the Job fairs and look for potential candidates.
Degree in Business Administration (BBA/ MBA in Human Resource) is highly preferable.
Candidate must be fluent in English and has ability to work under pressure and deadlines
Candidate must be good in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point Presentations.
