What you'll be doing:

As a remote US Telesales Executive you will be handling inbound and outbound international calls with b2b customers!

You will;

Demonstrate active listening and provide an exceptional service to everyone you speak to.
Confidence in making outbound calls to businesses worldwide
Have an understanding of lead generation
Previous experience in a similar lead generation / sales/ telemarketing/ digital marketing role is desirable
A team player supporting all aspects company wide.
Desire to grow and progress within the company and sales department.
Knowledge of the energy sector is useful but not essential
Open to change and eager to learn, with a good affinity for technology
Able to overcome objections and be proactive within the role to accomplish desired goals
A polite and friendly telephone manner
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to persuade and negotiate
Work from home with flexible shift pattern, receiving support from sales and technical team remotely.

About you:

You will

You will be responsible for engaging key clients and generating new business leads.
Have worked in a sales environment previously where you will have focused on needs based selling, ideally on the phone, email, fax and social media
Be both target and quality focused
Troubleshoot basic tech issues, working through common solutions before escalating to the management team
Be self-motivated working to multiple KPIs and targets remotely
Have a suitable work environment and a high speed internet connection to use our systems.
