International Sales Executive / Call Centre Agent

iSEO Ranker is looking for talented, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals well-versed in English communication (Verbal & Written) skills, passionate to identify potential clients for our business and willing to contribute to our business growth and expansion by utilizing effective sales approach and customer service skills. A candidate with the working experience of selling digital marketing services including web development, social media management, logo designing, and SEO will be preferred and most welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

Research prospects obtain leads and develop new business opportunities in order to meet sales targets.
Make outbound B2B calls to promote and sell our service to potential clients.
Capture leads and prospects and maintains a database for such prospects.
Handle customer needs and requirements
Update yourself of the competitors pricing and other initiatives.
Always ensure compliance with the sales policies.
Promptly respond to customer inquiries and resolve.
Close sales and lead customer through the purchasing process
Perform customized targeted sales strategies.

Requirements

Intermediate or O Levels, Bachelors, Masters
Excellent English communication skills and convincing attitude
At least 2 years of experience in similar role, ideally in an IT company
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
