An ideal candidate would have good English fluency and ability to carry out conversation, target oriented approach, call center experience preferably, should be hard working, self-motivated and a good team player.
- The potential candidates must possess excellent communication skills, an attractive telephone voice and exceptional sales skills.
Principle Responsibilities of the successful candidate:
- Responding to inbound & outbound inquiries over the phone.
- Exceptional communication skills which must lead to customer satisfaction.
- The candidate MUST have an English accent that is either neutral or native to the UK
- The candidate MUST be driven and motivated and must be willing and able to achieve challenging sales targets.
- The candidate must be well organized and possess excellent work ethics.
- The nature of work will require handling multiple customers and multiple follow ups, disciplined working habits are a must.
