  • Ensure that the most effective tools, resources, and structures are put in place and that the transition process is a smooth one.
  • Ability to understand the changing patterns of tech stacks. Esipick deals in several sorts of tech stacks including MongoDB, ExpressJs, react, node, angularJs, python, Magento, Laravel, PHP, Vue, elixir, blockchain, Shopify, Django, lamp, javascript, apache, etc.
  • Goal-oriented approach and clear-cut vision.
  • He must be able to understand the requirements as directed by the client and interpret to the team.
  • Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
  • Help departments use technology profitably
  • Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
  • Build quality assurance and data protection processes
  • Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
  • Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
  • Communicate technology strategy to partners and investor
