Technical Level

Assist Project Engineer in conducting technical survey of CPIs / damage assessment in the Villages
Assist Project Engineer in Design and preparation of cost estimates of CPIs.
Assistant Project` Engineer in preparing sub project proposals for every individual CPI.
Assist Project Engineer in guiding and training of communities in implementation water and sanitation schemes.
Assist Project Engineer in making case studies and reports of successful CPIs.
Monitoring of schemes.
Ensure quality of material
Assist Project Engineer in financial management of schemes funds
Conducting training for Operation and maintenance schemes
Assist field Engineer on job training of community during implementation of a CPI.

Operational Level

Conducting technical survey of CPIs in the villages.
Preparing sub project proposals for every individual CPI.
Monitoring of schemes.
Ensure quality of material

Organizational Level

Ensure compliance with IR’s policies & procedures in true spirit for effective delivery of services to communities.
In depth understanding of IR values and their demonstration in the field while working with communities.
Abide by the IR zero tolerance policy towards bribery & corruption through sensitization / empowerment of communities on coping mechanism so that they can raise voice as & when feel inappropriate.
Assist in identification & documentation of organizational successes for show casing IR work
Participation and facilitation in implementation of IR seasonal programmes.

Person Specification

It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision and mission as well as commitment to its SEAH (sexual exploitation abuse and harassment) protocols.
