Key Features of the Young Professional’s Development Programme (YPDP):
· The selected candidates will get an opportunity to work with experienced professionals in an INGO set-up.
· An opportunity to develop life skills through a blended learning process.
· Exposure to fieldwork to internalize IRP’s community development methodology.
· Periodic feedback through mid & final term evaluation to ascertain learning & progress.
Person Specification
It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the Islamic Relief (IR) values & principles, vision and mission as well as commitment to its SEAH (Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment) protocols. IR has a zero-tolerance policy towards SEAH and doesn’t support any action that promote or encourage SEAH.
· A candidate must be a recent fresh graduate from an HEC recognized university.
