Area Sales Manager - Muzaffarabad, Poonch, Bagh

Hiring Area Managers Sales who will be responsible for building relationships with customers. This position coordinates, executes, and manages programs built to effectively source local SME/individual vendors through positive relationship-building and finding buyers locally and abroad.

What we are Looking For:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in sale of in purchase and sale of handicrafts (pottery, handwoven blankets, handmade jewelry, and quilts stitched by hand - the list is non exhaustive).
Must be a local fully acquainted with his/her own area and having strong networking in the local community and NGOs working for upliftment of these areas. • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Effective listening and problem-solving skills. • Ability to handle sales staff, stores, and warehouses.
To evaluate effectiveness of marketing activities and recommend improvements and contribute to the enhancement of SMGC’s value proposition to its stakeholders.

Requirements:

Minimum bachelors. (16 years of education)
3 years’ sales experience with a reputed organization.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Confident and Goal oriented.

Salary:

Rs. 150,000/- per month during probation.
Rs. 180,000/- per month upon successful completion of probation period.
