Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team at ISMMART Group of Industries as Assistant Director Administration Security. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative operations of all the zonal/ provincial offices, with a strong emphasis on security responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Oversee the management of zonal/ provincial facilities, including security systems and protocols, to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Manage the budget and finances for the provincial administrative departments, including procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.
- Develop and implement employee training programs to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
- Liaise with federal/ provincial government agencies, external stakeholders, and other relevant bodies on administrative and security matters.
- Manage and supervise the work of administrative staff, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Manage and oversee the security of the nationwide superstores and outlets.
Requirements:
- Retired Subedar Major of Pakistan Army.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing budgets and finances.
- Knowledge of security systems and protocols.
