BBQ Chef

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic BBQ Chef or Grill Master to join our dynamic team at Ta'am Ul Khaas (Middle-east Cuisine), a Project of ISMMART Group of Industries. As a BBQ Chef, you will be responsible for bringing the sizzle to our menu with your expertise in grilling, smoking, and flavoring meats to perfection. If you have a deep understanding of barbecue techniques, a flair for creating tantalizing flavors, and a love for culinary excellence, we would love to hear from you.

Key Requirements:

Extensive experience and expertise in barbecuing, grilling, and smoking meats, including but not limited to ribs, brisket, chicken, chops, chicken breasts, drumsticks, and sausages.
Comprehensive knowledge of different cuts of meat, marinades, rubs, brines, and cooking temperatures to achieve optimal flavor and tenderness.
Ability to operate and maintain various types of barbecue equipment, such as smokers, grills, wood-fired ovens, or charcoal pits.
Experience in selecting quality meats, understanding proper meat handling, and managing cooking times for different cuts and sizes.
A deep understanding of flavor profiles, seasonings, and spice blends commonly used in barbecue cuisine.
Expertise in developing and creating unique and delicious barbecue sauces, marinades, and glazes to enhance the flavors of grilled meats.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update the barbecue menu, offering a diverse selection of delectable and innovative dishes.
Strong organizational skills to manage food preparation, cooking times, and multiple orders simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
Proven work experience as a barbecue expert or grill master will be considered.
