Chefs Helper - Cold Kitchen

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cold Kitchen Chef’s to join our dynamic team at Ta'am Ul Khaas (Middle-east Cuisine), a Project of ISMMART Group of Industries. As a Cold Kitchen Chef Helper, you will provide crucial support to our Cold Kitchen Chef in the preparation and execution of visually appealing and flavorful cold dishes. If you have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a passion for the culinary world, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

Assist the Cold Kitchen Chef in the preparation of cold food items, including washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables, and assembling salads and appetizers.
Follow recipes and instructions provided by the Cold Kitchen Chef, ensuring accuracy in portioning and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cold kitchen area, including proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene practices, including proper handling, labeling, and storage of cold food items.
Pay attention to detail in food presentation, ensuring that cold dishes are aesthetically pleasing and visually appealing.
Assist in the arrangement and garnishing of cold plates and platters, maintaining consistency with the chef's specifications.
Work efficiently and manage time effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks and assistance to the Cold Kitchen Chef.
Assist in maintaining an organized and clean work environment, including cleaning utensils, equipment, and work surfaces.
Demonstrate a genuine interest in learning and growing in the culinary profession.
Formal culinary training or enrollment in a culinary program is preferred but not mandatory.
Relevant experience in a professional kitchen or cold food preparation is a plus
