Cook - Arabic Dessert

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dessert Cook to join our dynamic team at Ta'am Ul Khaas (Middle-east Cuisine), a Project of ISMMART Group of Industries. As an Arabic Dessert Cook, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a variety of tantalizing desserts that showcase your culinary expertise. If you have a flair for dessert preparation, an eye for presentation, and a passion for culinary innovation, we would love to hear from you.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience working as a dessert cook or pastry chef, preferably in a high-end restaurant, bakery, or pastry shop.
Proficiency in preparing a wide range of desserts, including cakes, pastries, pies, tarts, mousses, ice creams, and other sweet treats.
Strong knowledge of dessert ingredients, flavors, and techniques, including baking, decorating, and plating.
Ability to consistently produce desserts of exceptional quality and taste, maintaining high standards in taste, texture, and visual appeal.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update dessert menus that complement the overall dining experience and meet guests' expectations.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple dessert orders simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient preparation.
Efficiently plan and prioritize tasks to meet service demands, including prepping ingredients, baking, assembling, and plating desserts.
Maintain a clean and organized dessert station, following proper food safety and sanitation practices.
Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate dessert preparation with the overall meal service, ensuring seamless timing and presentation.
Communicate effectively with the front-of-house staff to accommodate special guest requests and provide dessert recommendations.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
Formal culinary training or a culinary degree in pastry arts or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Relevant certifications or awards in pastry arts or dessert preparation would be an advantage.
