Job Description:

We are seeking talented and motivated Salesman to join our team in multiple locations across Pakistan. As a Salesperson for Superstores, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting, and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting customers as they enter the store
Recommending and promoting products based on customer needs and preferences
Assisting customers with product selection and answering their questions
Handling customer complaints and resolving any issues in a timely manner
Processing transactions and handling cash and credit card payments
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store and displays
Receiving and stocking inventory as needed
Collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
Performing other duties as assigned by the store manager

Requirements:

FA/F.Sc or a related field
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of basic computer skills
