We are looking for self motivated, energetic, dynamic executive assistant to CEO
Responsibilities
- Manage the operations of the department such as performing opening and closing operations, delegating tasks to the employees throughout the day.
- Prepare reports to track performance of employees to enhance efficient evaluation.
- Monitor work and maintain an efficient rapport between floor employees.
- Investigate all issues on floor and assist to resolve all mistakes for management team and working staff.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure, ensuring a calm and focused work environment
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including the use of standard office software and applications.
