• Quality Resource Private Limited is looking for an “Sales Trainer” to design and deliver onboarding and continue education training.
  • Onboarding Facilitator responsibilities include conducting skills gap analysis, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session.
  • For this role, you will work closely with our sales people to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity.
  • Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.

Major responsibilities of the position are listed below:

  • Delivering/ implementing training on process, SOP and guidelines change to Quality Resource staff.
  • Liaison with the sales team to establish learning opportunities for the staff.
  • Listen to calls and evaluate each rep to ensure the successful implementation of SOPs.
  • Onboard new salespeople.
  • Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
  • Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.
  • Monitor sales objectives and results.
  • Listen to sales staff to compile and deliver feedback personally and via email with the coordination of team supervisor.
  • Keep record of feedbacks and track improvement.
  • Arrange competitions to Celebrate success .
  • Conduct pre training meetings with operations team to establish training objectives and participants.
  • Share feedback / evaluation with Operations team on training effectiveness.
  • Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses.
  • Compile, manage and record training calendars.
  • Attending internal and external meetings / OPS call review sessions, establish learning objectives and action items.

Requirements

  • 3 years Plus Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role in B2b Sales environment.
  • Knowledge about selling Digital Marketing services.
  • Experience in a sales position is a plus.
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
  • Should be good in assessing and building a high-performance driven team.
  • The ability to work under high pressure environment.
  • Must be able to guide, coach, influence and motivate the team and to achieve sales goals.
  • Must have a professional, positive professional image and the ability to respond appropriately to a variety of situations, including dealing with difficult situations and handling confidential information.
  • A proven track record of having a goal-oriented approach to reach and exceed monthly/yearly targets.
  • Collaborative team player who shares credit and recognizes excellent performance. 
  • Must be organized, able to work independently and as a team player, have a positive attitude, and good listening skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Solid communication and presentation abilities (English).
  • Additional certification in training is a plus.
