We are looking for a creative with good learning skills Videographer plus video editor to join our team!

As a Videographer at our company, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing photos and videos for internal and external purposes. You should be able to bring sight and sound together to tell a cohesive story.

As video has become the best way for communicating a company's messages on online platforms, your position will play an important role in our company's success.

Job duties and responsibilities

Your work as a videographer will involve:

receiving a brief, and maybe an outline of footage and a shot list, script, or screenplay
assembling all raw footage, with camera shots either recorded or transferred onto videotape in preparation for inputting into the computer
inputting uncut rushes and sound, and synchronizing and storing them into files on the computer
digitally cutting files to put together the sequence of the film and deciding what's usable
creating a 'rough cut' (or assembly edit) of the program/film and determining the exact cutting for the next and final stages
reordering and fine-tuning the content to ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the film/video
Some experience of using video and editing equipment
Creative thinker
Work both on and off-site (have to travel to different shooting sites, but it's unlikely this will involve working away from home)

Additional tasks may include:

overseeing the quality and progress of audio and video engineering and editing
experimenting with styles and techniques, including the design of graphic elements
writing voiceover/commentary
suggesting or selecting music
online editing - depending on your role, you may also finalize technical aspects such as correcting faulty footage, grading, and coloring, and adding special effects/transitions

Salary

IT will be decided after skill demonstration (Pay range differs for highly skilled).
