Ideal candidate should have min 2 years experience with J2EE and Java technologies, Struts, spring, Hibernate, Servlets, JSP, JSF & AJAX.Experience in utilizing AJAX in web user interface development.Demonstrated experience of Designing and coding from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex software apps with minimal supervision.Uses coding methods in specific programming languages to initiate or enhance program execution and functionality.Candidate will work full time from any where through online connection.Experience in Web services will be preferred.Demonstrated experience with Object Oriented Design and Programming. Creates user information solutions by developing and maintaining internet/intranet applications.Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements.Designs and develops user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests.Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.Creates multimedia applications by using authoring tools.Completes applications development by contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems.Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.Updates job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Responsibilities:· Develop Java-based web and internet applications· Produce high quality code, on time and on target· Engineer software through its complete life-cycle· Research and understand product requirements to ensure successful beta test, product launch, etc.· Participate in testing and system integration testing· Be able to lead others as a team lead, project lead or technical expert
