PLACEMENT: Head Office – Lahore

DOMAIN: Civil / MEP / Pre-Engineered Buildings

REPORTING TO: Marketing Head

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Identifying and approaching prospects and potential clients
Implementing marketing and targeting strategy
Planning and delivering pitches and company presentation in consultation with technical staff
Coordination with Proposals Department for bidding purposes
Negotiating and closing of contracts
Building and maintaining client relationships
Developing and running a feedback system from the client
Input in design and updates of marketing tools as per market feedback e.g. company profile, brochures, websites etc.

PACKAGE:

Salary Range: 50,000 – 100,000
Mobile Sim: Company
Mess: Company
Fuel reimbursement: As per company policy
Incentive: As per company policy
Bonus: 50% basic salary on Eid-ul-Fitr & Eid-ul-Azha

CRITERIA:

Bachelor in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering will be a plus.
Candidate should have his own conveyance.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in MEP / PEB /construction industry sales.
Knowledge of Civil / MEP / PEB industry
Patience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Commercial awareness
Numerical skills
