The Quality Assurance Manager will champion, support and lead quality management/improvement initiatives. He will ensure that all managers, process owners and supervisors develop and maintain the quality management system.
Position requires working with department heads to develop quality control processes and procedures for streamlined production/operations management. He will lead the continuous improvement efforts/projects on the production floor, utilizing lean & 6-sigma concepts where applicable to ensure maximized returns at least costs.
