• The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall management of assigned Real Estate Projects within the assigned locality.
  • Make market research and analysis and provide professional sales and marketing strategy proposal for developer
  • Build and maintain productive and cooperative relationships with Developers.
  • Responsible for contract negotiation with the developer
  • Build and manage overall sales plan, activity plan, resource needed to accomplish the Sale Target.
  • Coordinate with Digital Marketing Department to organize marketing and advertising.
  • Training team for project information including key selling points, target clients for each phase of the project, sales script, etc
  • You will act as the point person for all project-related activities assigned to you
  • Staying abreast of the market by preparing Market Research Data for positioning each project. Advising on changes from time to time-based on market dynamics
  • You will be required to liaise with the existing sales staff and position the individual project sales to appointed consultants
  • Maintain the relationships with old clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
  • Keeping the sales agents motivated to close Project sales.
  • You will be responsible to set weekly, monthly, and annual goals for the agents to work towards, and track these goals by meeting with agents on a regular basis.
  • Conduct team meetings and offer advice and incentives for agents to achieve goals.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree qualified
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in Project Management of Real Estate
  • 4+ Years’ experience in Project Sales & Marketing within a Real Estate Developer.
  • Hands-on experience in Running Spread Sheets, Financial Analysis, MS office Project Management and managing teams.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication skills (Verbal & Written).
