- Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly
- Ability to study competition, other closely linked applications, understands them and uses the knowledge to help leverage the product.
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- Analyze competitors’ products and explore new ways to improve the company’s products
- Monitor and analyze market trends
- Work with the development team to ensure that product requirements are understood
- Support technical team to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met
