Responsible for Procurement of items for different projects
Responsible for getting multiple quotations for each demanded item.
To facilitate site manager in delivering the required items on time.
Ensure that all materials purchased are of best quality and price.
Responsible for creating vendors pool for multiple items. (medicine, consumables)
Responsible for purchasing of company asset.
Responsible for searching potential vendors for items.
Keep record of supplier’s performance.
Responsible for preparation of rate comparison of different vendors for procuring items.
Responsible for generation of delivery challans
Responsible for maintaining documentation.
Responsible for supply chain of consumable and civil items in coordination with line Manager.
Any Other task assigned by the department manager
