Job Descriptions of Senior Manager Finance

(Accounts & Finance Department)

Job Title: Senior Manager Finance

Reporting Line: CEO/CFO

Roles and Responsibilities:

Approves and analyze all operational transactions through the consistent and correct application of Jarrar Group policies procedures rules and regulations.
Establishes relevant internal controls to safeguard the financial resources and entrusted to Jarrar Group.
Responsible for all accounting procedures according to the approved policies of Jarrar Group.
To arrange and finalize annual accounts with the competent authority.
Responsible to verify sale tax invoices & sending reports as well.
Must have strong experience in ERP. (Participation required as a team leader to maintain existing Financial modules or development of new modules, if required)
Responsible for analysis of control accounts and receivable/Payable aging as well
Responsible for all monthly or quarterly and annual reports to the management
Responsible to prepare monthly & annual Financial Budgets.
He will be capable to create forecasting/projections for business proposals.
Liaison with Customers /Vendors & responsible to resolve their financial complaints with the help of concerned departments or their subordinates.
Responsible to arrange various kinds of financing as per company capital requirements.
Responsible to make relations with the different banks by maintaining existing credit limits.
Should have a custodian of the Fixed Assets module as per financial reporting aspects in ERP.
Set the Threshold of daily payments with the best management of fund utilization after consultation with the CEO.

Any other task assigned by the line manager.
