  • At least 10 experience, preferably within commercial or residential real estate etc, shopping mall marketing experience highly desirable.
  • Masters or Bachelors degree required; preferably in Marketing/Communications or Business Administration.
  • Strong leadership skills and a good presence with all levels of management.
  • High-energy, highly motivated self-starter; willing to provide measurable impact within a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to details and accuracy

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plan designed to achieve the project’s goals and objectives
  • Develop strategic brand partnerships & implement PR/lead generation campaigns
  • Coordinate with consultants for development and production of advertising, signage, and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs.
  • Assist in preparing the annual Marketing Plan, and ensuring that marketing objectives are achieved, measured and results reported to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Support and promote new tenants / Grand Openings.
  • Strategically plan, schedule and post.
