We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial personality who is motivated to further develop our Poultry Feed Additives segment.
You will be responsible to generate and secure new business opportunities with the agreed on targets, and to ensure the effective development and promotion of the company’s services and achievement of its business objectives.
Roles And Responsibilities;
Research the market and identify potential clients through effective sales strategy and secure new business opportunities and achieve the revenue goals in line with business objectives.
Focus on growing business with the existing clients and sell range of services.
Create strong pipeline and market mapping of the target sectors. Conduct market research. Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
Draft and review bid submission content, ensuring all bids are submitted on time and fully compliant with the requirements.
Liaise with internal departments and responsible to develop competitive and comprehensive commercial and technical solution.
Monitoring market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, and new customers.
Regularly attend networking events and connect with potential clients.
Provide weekly/Monthly reports, forecasting, and other routine reports or at the request of the manager on a specific pipeline, KPIs, and revenue.
Closely work with Estimation Manager and prepare estimation sheets.
Master’s Degree DVM or equivalent.
5 Year Experience in Poultry Feed Additive’s sale.
Good written and verbal English communication.
Proven track record of developing successful sales and business development strategies.
Good commercial assessment with proven experience.
