What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?

-Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with a detailed orientation program where you will learn about Jazz’s core values, business, and products
Meet other teams in the digital department to understand the business and how each team contributes in achieving strategic objectives
Develop understanding of your division, function, its structure, and your role within the team
Understand ongoing tasks, projects and deliverables
Understand the digital landscape
Develop understanding of digital products and different streams of data for those products
Develop an understanding of different KPIs used to track user acquisition, engagement, retention on mobile & web applications
 
-Within 60 days, you will:
Get to know your relevant stakeholders e.g. product teams, GTM, digital media, vendors
Be Responsible for the KPI tracking and reporting around user acquisition, engagement and retention
Closely
Be responsible for reporting to product, marketing, and partnership teams, understand their queries and response accordingly

-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Perform A/B tests and generate user centric insights that help the product team to improve UI/UX to increase user engagement and retention on mobile and web applications
Enable all sorts of marketing & attribution, in-app analytics, app performance analytics with the help of front end analytics systems
Develop customer disposition funnels and generate actionable insights that drive the product and marketing strategy
 
 
A Bit About You:
We are looking for someone who is tech savvy and has a knack for digital media and analytics. Ready to take on challenging projects and takes end to end responsibility for those projects.Prior experience of Digital media or analytics will be an added advantage.
 
We are looking for someone who has the ability to learn and adapt with new digital analytics platforms.
The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, collaborative, and takes full ownership of their work. Being good with numbers is essential to succeed in this role.
 
A Bit About Us:
The Digital Analytics team is part of the Digital Department within the MFS Division. The team is responsible for managing MFS Strategy & Digital Analytics portfolio.
The structure of the team you will join is:
·       A 5-member team (including the department head) with 3 sub teams
·       You will be part of a front end analytics tea reporting to department head
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
·       Evaluate data using front end digital tools and use logical reasoning to turn data into insights and form conclusions
·       Developing a culture where all the decisions are derived from quality data and analytics
To collaborate and produce effective business results, the role requires
The ability to build strong relationships with External Teams: Vendors and agencies
The ability to build strong relationships with Internal Teams: Product, GTM, Partnerships, digital media etc.
The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
Develop analytical framework for various mobile and web applications
Implement various front and back-end analytics tools to build actionable insights and drive the business segments
The three (03) must have past experiences the candidate should have.
Experience with reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available data
Experience in working within a high stress digital marketing/business analytics environment
 
The two (02) must have technologies the candidate should have.T
Experience with Google Analytics for Firebase
Experience with Microsoft Excel
 
 Essential skills must have: 
Have an aptitude for front-end analytics tools and have good analytical and reporting skills
Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good technical proficiency, literacy skills and a competent computer user
Design thinking and Agile methodology
