As Digital community ambassador, you will be part of Strategic Partnerships and Ecosystem function. The role is based out of Islamabad, with travel to other business locations as per need.

You will be responsible for developing the DFS business further in Pakistan, by overseeing the area of digital community relationship building. Role would be responsible for gaining insights into the market/community that we need to tap with reference to our JAZZ Cash App. Role would ensure some community work and research, wellness initiatives, some ground work for running our DFS Business and certain content development based on research in rural / urban areas.

The role will be at the center of innovation and digitalization of the business, enabling the DFS team to become a best in class agile technology leader
 
Key Accountabilities:
·        Establish good relationships with internal/external stakeholders and commence a strategic review of business development in light of business objectives for DFS.
·        Gain an understanding of the economic issues identified to formulate and implement communication and advocacy strategies for DFS.
·        To help get organizational messages to essential audiences and serve as the persuasive agent for the company. Pitching stories to relevant communities to gain positive traction.
·        Proactively manage and mitigate issues through engagement with relevant stakeholders by counterbalancing negative representations and acting as a counterweight to short-term thinking and negative perceptions.
·        Role would be responsible for gaining insights into the market/community that we need to tap with reference to our JAZZ Cash App.
·        Coordinate with all internal stakeholders to ensure an integrated presentation of the company’s message.  Assure that the information disclosed by the company is accurate, authoritative, timely, consistent, comprehensive and  follows  the  Corporate  Communications  Guidelines  set  by  the company.
·        Develop presentations, reports, strategy documents and manage relationship with Partners and strategic alliances.

A Bit About You:
We are looking for someone who has background of project management, strategy, campaigning and advocacy, business development, research, fundraising, branding and building partnerships across corporate, development and media sectors. Passionate about working towards sustainable, innovative and impactful solutions to social issues. An ideal incumbent should be passionate and self-driven with the ability to understand needs, suggest ideas and convert them into tangible outcomes to meet the role accountabilities. The individual should have strong initiative and business acumen, sound work ethic, sense of urgency and be able to take decisions with a customer centric and collaborative approach.
