What the first 90 days in the job will look like?

Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products.
Meet with the Business Service Division team to understand the strategy of the function in line with Organization strategy and company road map. Have meetings, with members of other teams to understand how each function at Jazz contributes to the overall success.
Understand the functionality of Channel Planning team and how your role fits into the overall strategy and function. Develop an understanding of Business SOPs & processes, who are the stakeholders, what BI tools are used and how CRM and associated portals work. Get aligned with the ongoing tasks, projects and deliverables. Develop in-depth understanding of Jazz philosophy and frameworks
 
Within 60 days, you will:
Be responsible for segmented reporting to all the stakeholders
Be involved in dashboard management for B2B KPIs
Be responsible for adhoc reporting and analysis for special projects and assignments
Remain updated on all current policies, procedures, promotions, products and value added services offered by the company
Take ownership and ensure meeting timelines of the assigned tasks
Ensure proper behavior/discipline/grooming/punctuality as per the requirements and image of the company
  
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Independently lead large scale reporting/analysis projects, with complete requirement analysis and development oversight
Work across multiple technology tools to provide answers to business queries
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of insights to the business, improving action-ability
 
A bit about you:
We are looking for someone who has already delivered on challenging projects and understand the basic concepts of Data Warehousing, has excellent SQL and modelling experiences. Experience with a BI tool is a plus. High proficiency in operating MS Office Tools, especially in MS Excel & MS Power point is required. Preference will be given to those who are familiar have knowledge or prior experience in a business analysis and reporting role and has knowledge of Database Management (SQL), BI Tools Microstrategy & IBM Cognos.

The Segment & Pricing team is part of the B2B Marketing Department at Jazz which is focused towards providing top notch customized products & services to Business Accounts (SME/SOHO/Corporations/Government Accounts). We strive to provide a unique customer experience to our external and internal customers contributing to business effectively while aligning their behaviors to Jazz values.

The structure of the team you will join is:
You will be reporting into the B2B GSM Segment & Pricing Manager. You will be part of a 05-member sub-team (including the Manager).

The three (03) main priorities of this role as a whole are:
Retrieving data based on complex queries in order to provide in-depth analysis on segment/channel performance, customer health, revenue targets etc.
Be the go-to person to provide data to segment team members as per their specific requirements.
Product/Segment/Channel/Division wise Achievements, Trend Analysis and Tracking 

Must have past experiences the best candidate should have.
Profound analytical and decision making skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of SQL Servers.
Should have very good skills in handling excel and MS Power Point
Handled or participated in CFT Projects
