What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
 
- Within 30 days you will:
·Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products
·Meet with the People & Organization team to understand the strategy of the function in line with CEO strategy and company road map.
·Understand the function of Total Rewards in the People & Organization division and how your role fits into the overall Total Rewards strategy and function
·Develop in-depth understanding of Jazz Policy & Benefits & Rewards Programs
·Develop an understanding on the variable compensation streams in the organization.
·Develop in-depth understanding on the Job Grading and Job Titles framework of Jazz
.Understand working functionality of all departments under technology division.  
 
-Within 60 days, you will:  
· Understanding of complete SoPs implemented within and outside technology division.
. Develop collaborative relationship with all working teams for better coordination in this role.
·Understand all the benefits linked with Job grades and roles responsibilities in the organization
·Review, analyze and update field related benefits in the Organization and ensure uniformity and efficiency of such benefits for driving results
·Collaborate with internal People & Organization team primarily with Business Partners, People Operations, Talent & Branding teams for all C&B related projects. Externally work with all divisions to plan and execute all projects
 
-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
.Solely drive inventory utilization plan of technology teams.
.Supervise spare parts management section of all technical domains along with R&R process.
·Solely plan and participation of Jazz in market remuneration surveys and be the focal point from Jazz for participation in such surveys.
·Evaluate and analyze the market positioning of Jazz in terms of total compensation and provide inputs for annual compensation review exercises.
·Pioneer the Jazz Happiness & Wellness Framework as aligned with our values, ensure people engagement and manage ROI on wellness initiatives
 
The structure of the team you will join is:
A two (02) member’s team with no sub teams.
 
The three (03) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure hardware monthly capitalization and issuance.
. Govern complete spare parts management and R&R process of all major technology vendors.
. Warehouse cost and space optimization
 
 With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team.
You will work with internal and external stakeholders including all technology departments, Financial planning,  supply chain teams and major technology suppliers.
 
What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
Achievement of given targets within given timelines.

The three (02) must have past experiences the best candidate should have.
.Strong knowledge of telco hardware
.Good financial acumen
 
The two (02) must have technologies the candidate should have.
·Microsoft Office 
 
Essential skills must have: 
.Strong telco hardware knowledge.
.Basic understanding of supply chain principles
.Stakeholder Management
.Conflict Management
