What the first 90 days in the job will look like?
Within 30 days you will:
·        Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products.
·        Meet with the Business Service Division team to understand the strategy of the function in line with Organization strategy and company road map.
·        Have meetings, with members of other teams to understand how each function at Jazz contributes to the overall success.
·        Understand the functionality of Channel Planning team and how your role fits into the overall strategy and function.
·        You will understand Business SOPs & processes, who are the stakeholders, develop the understanding of BI tools, CRM and associated portals.
·        Get aligned to the ongoing tasks, projects and deliverable.
- Develop in-depth understanding of Jazz philosophy and frameworks.

Within 60 days, you will:
·        Be responsible for the complete B2B Business Plan KPIs and revenue recording.
·        Be responsible for segmented reporting to all the stakeholders.
·        Be involved in dashboard management for B2B KPIs.
·        Be responsible for ad-hoc reporting and analysis for special projects and assignments.
·        Be responsible for meeting daily operational tasks related to Oracle modules and addressing vendor queries.
·        Be involved in forecasting and actualization of monthly performance numbers.
·        Remain updated on all current policies, procedures, promotions, products and value added services offered by the company.
·        Take ownership and ensure meeting timelines of the assigned tasks.
·        Ensure proper behavior/discipline/grooming/punctuality as per the requirements and image of the company.
  
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
·        Independently lead large scale reporting/analysis projects, with complete requirement analysis and development oversight.
·        Work across multiple technology tools to provide answers to business queries.
·        Independently handle business planning & budgeting functions.
·        Ensure accurate and timely delivery of insights to the business, improving action-ability.

We currently have one of the biggest Analytics Infrastructure in Pakistan, especially servicing our reporting and analytical needs for the last 10 years. Now we are moving towards open-source, rebuilding the Data Platform to better serve our next-gen needs, which are real-time, contextual, and subscriber driven. This journey will transform us from a traditional Analytics team to a world-class Data Management team, focusing on utilizing technology to generate direct and indirect revenue streams for the company.
 
A bit about you:
High proficiency in operating MS Office Tools, especially in MS Excel & MS Power point is required.
Preference will be given to those who are familiar have knowledge or prior experience in a business analysis and reporting role and has knowledge of BI Tools Micro strategy, IBM Cognos, Oracle modules and Database Management (SQL).

The Segment & Pricing team is part of the B2B Marketing Department at Jazz which is focused towards providing top notch customized products & services to Business Accounts (SME/SOHO/Corporations/Government Accounts). We strive to provide a unique customer experience to our external and internal customers contributing to business effectively while aligning their behaviors to Jazz values.

The structure of the team you will join is:
You will be reporting into the B2B GSM Segment & Pricing Manager. You will be part of a 05-member sub-team (including the Manager).

Main priorities of this role as a whole are:
·          Retrieving data based on complex queries in order to provide in-depth analysis on segment/channel performance, customer health, revenue targets etc.
·          Be the go-to person to provide data & analysis to segment team members as per their specific requirements
·          Managing the Business Planning & forecasting exercise, for both revenues and cost functions including Technology inputs
·          Managing all service & device order related vendor payment functions routed through Oracle modules, communicating related accruals etc.

Must have past experiences the best candidate should have.
-         Profound analytical and decision making skills
-         Strong written and verbal communication skills
-         Knowledge of Data Warehouse, Data Analytics & Dashboard tools & technologies
-         Data extraction from DWH & Analysis
-         Should have very good skills in handling excel and MS Power Point
-         Should have handled various functions of Oracle modules
