What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?

-Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with a detailed orientation program where you will learn about Jazz’s core values, business, and products
 Meet the relevant stakeholders concerning your team
 Develop understanding of your division, function, its structure, and your role within the microcosm.
 Develop understanding of all the systems and processes that will play an active role in day-to-day activities
 Develop understanding of JAZZ NOC Platform & IT infrastructure surveillance, QoS monitoring, reporting and analytics.
 Understanding of environmental operations of Jazz core sites, power planning and technical Inventory management.
 
-Within 60 days, you will:
Establish good relationship with relevant stakeholders from commercial team, business services team & customer care
Recommend ways in consultation with relevant internal teams to manage power & environment network at 40 JAZZ Core Locations ensuring an energy efficient Core Network fully complaint to key KPIs
Manage and support regional operations Micro Business Unit model
Recommend ways to provide a front line interface from technology side towards commercial for compliant handling process.
  
-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Manage Core & Access Power Planning teams to ensure a core network that is energy efficient, standardized and properly dimension-ed.
Ensure and manage efficient utilization of new ordered equipment by technical departments. Also to supervise disposal/utilization of old equipment to support Finance function on ware house space optimization.
Manage the JAZZ NOC Platform ensuring 24x7 network & IT infrastructure surveillance in front-line office with incident and problem. management, QoS reporting and analytics, event management & NOC system administration.
Manage reporting on JAZZ KPIs/KQIs from technical.
Enhance Customer Experience Management initiatives on customer experience and NPS.
Ensure highly effective coordination with PTA on Quality of Service matters.
 
A Bit About You:
 We are looking for someone who has already delivered on challenging projects and has taken end-to-end responsibility from planning to roll out within network operations. Prior experience of NOC, Power planning, facility Management & QoS KPI will be preferred.
 
We are looking for someone who has the ability to develop ideas and convert them into tangible results. The individual should have sound analytical skills, technology expertise, project management and relationship management skills; these skills are the cornerstone for this job role.
 
A Bit About Us:
Network operations team looks after NOC platform, quality of service & facilities management.

The structure of the team you will join is:
·       A 140 plus member team (including the department head) with 03 sub teams
·       You will be part of a 06 member sub-team reporting to a CTO

The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
·       Core sites consolidation
·        An approach towards a robust NOC platform & strategic conversion to SOC

With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team. What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
Ability to build strong relationships with External Teams: Commercial, Customer Care, BSD
Ability to build strong relationships with Internal Teams: All Technology units majorly regional operations, planning, BSS-IT, Network Development.
 
The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
Core network consolidation & modernization
Revamping & enhancing network monitoring & reporting, Ensuring a healthy and round the clock network.
