To take our sales to the next level we are now looking for a motivated and passionate Telesales/Lead Generation Manager, with previous experience of influencing, engaging and developing a team of Sales Executives to join their growing team.

Location: Lahore

Salary: Competitive basic salary, plus excellent commission and benefits

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this role is integral to driving new business growth within the business and involves; day to day management of the lead generation team of 10 New telesales executives; recruiting, training, mentoring, reporting, data management and working with marketing to support sales.

You will also be responsible for managing all lead generation prospect data within the CRM, manipulating data, producing a telemarketing brief for all campaign activity and producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.

To be successful you will have/be;

·         Previous experience of leading a sales team within a B2B, new business environment.

·         Ideally from an ePOS environment or have the understanding around the premise of selling ePOS

·         Experience in building and growing a pipeline of prospects in new business and generating qualified prospects.

·         Experience of motivating, influencing, developing, coaching and training teams.

·         Proven ability to produce reports (campaign performance).

·         Knowledge and experience of using CRM systems for data management, including data manipulation and extraction

·         A talented B2B telesales manager who is looking for a challenge! You want to motivate a close knit team to greater heights in 2019. You want to use your background to ensure there is an ever increasing pipeline of new business. You want the autonomy to develop processes and procedures so your team is running as efficiently as possible - a truly slick sales machine!

·         A telesales leader, a motivator and a mentor at times. You may also need to be a shoulder to cry on.

·         As well as team performance you will need to develop plans to build the team and further drive revenue. You have built sales teams before and this comes naturally to you.

·         You know what KPI's to monitor, how to upskill your team and can produce every report known to humanity for senior management.
