We at JNJ Polymer are looking for and Electrical / Mechanical Supervisor, who will be responsible for the following tasks;

Responsible for all electrical pannels and equipments working well in a safe environment.
Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical / mechanical-related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all workers at the site.
Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards, Quality surveying and Material Inspection.
Able to lead site personnel to execute and completion of a job on time at the site.
Carry out day-to-day maintanence of the site, including supervising and monitoring the line operators and the work of any subcontractors.
