We are looking for Ambitious, Energetic and Growth Minded Business Development Manager who will be responsible for the following;
- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications and announcements.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
- Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable sales people.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Communication, Negotiation, Time management and planning skills
- Customer Centric approach.
- Experience of 2-3 years preferably in logistics / courier company.
- Minimum education - Bachelors.
- Salary range upto PKR 65000 + incentive.
