Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Specialist for our online Quran academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of Quran classes to ensure they align with our academy’s high standards. This role involves observing live sessions, providing constructive feedback to instructors, and supporting both students and teachers to maintain an engaging and disciplined learning environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the overall academic experience and collaborating with management to drive continuous improvement in class performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess the quality of Quran classes to ensure adherence to the academy’s established standards.
- Evaluate teaching methods and lesson delivery to confirm they meet the expected quality benchmarks.
- Observe live online classes regularly and provide timely, constructive feedback to teachers aimed at improving instructional effectiveness.
- Assist in maintaining discipline and student engagement during online sessions, ensuring a productive learning atmosphere.
- Guide both students and teaching staff to facilitate smooth academic operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with management and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall class performance.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in online Quran teaching combined with a strong background in quality control or quality assurance within an educational setting.
- Excellent command of spoken English, enabling clear communication with students, teachers, and management.
- Deep understanding of Quranic teaching standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively handle students of varying ages and mentor teaching staff to improve their instructional skills.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to provide actionable, constructive feedback that supports teacher development and student success.
