Associate Manager - Supply Chain - Personal Care

Conduct supply chain planning and procurement including production planning and material requirements planning. Responsible for conversion of market demand into supply & ensure on-time/accurate availability of products to customers.

Responsibilities

Define and implement inventory norms for the third party manufacturers and distributors
Develop suppliers for Major RM and PM in Pakistan in coordination with Personal Care NPD team
Align confirmed forecast for 2 months and 6 month forecast with sales team
Align Production plan with Third party manufacturer based on forecast
Conduct monthly and biannual MRP on the forecast/production plan
Order raw materials and packaging as per production plan
Coordinate with suppliers for on-time procurement of materials and with customer service, logistics and warehouse teams for product documentation and on-time service of customer demand.
Coordinate with the logistics team for dispatch and distribution of finished goods
Ensure compliance to supply chain KPIs (DOI, NM, Freshness, Forecast accuracy, OTIF)
Work with UAE SC team for implantation of IFFCO Supply chain policies and guidelines in Pakistan

Qualification:

Engineering degree or Management Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Supply chain from a reputed Business School.
Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration from a Reputed Institute will be preferred.
Experience
3-4 years of experience in Supply Chain (Planning or procurement preferably) within the FMCG Industry.

IFFCO is a United Arab Emirates based business conglomerate that manufactures and markets a well integrated range of mass-market consumer products. It entered Pakistan in the year 2005, by acquiring two companies Evian and BOT on January 16, 2006. IFFCO Pakistan began its sales operations in the month of May 2006, by launching and actively marketing its various international brands in major household categories. The brands are namely, Golden Sun and Aghaaz in the cooking oil and banaspati ghee category. Later, other brands in the same category were launched as well, such as Evian targeting institutions, and Sunny cooking oil with a new packaging innovation targeting the pouch consumers segment of the market. Moreover, it is also engaged in trading of other food categories such as frozen foods and edible oils to major institutions across the nation. The Food Services Department markets the IFFCO products to the institutions in specialized SKU packs. Their major contribution comes from supplying oil and fats to HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants and Cafes).
