We are hiring for a ISG-Security company based in London, looking to expand their offshore control room in Islamabad. Looking for passionate & intelligent individuals.

Job Description:

· Guarding guards through Google maps, Liaising with Guards and Clients

· Keeping Record, Analyzing data and completing reports

· Inputting Rotas, Problem Solving and Roster Management

· Covering Blowouts and sickness

· Dealing with Alarm Callouts and Emergencies

· Effective communication with Contracts Managers across the UK

· Supervising the duty controller, tasking Ops Support Officers and Mobile Drivers

· Taking responsibility for the smooth day to day running of a busy control room

· Reporting to Operations Manager and Managing Director

· Average 50 hours per week. Our Control Room is a 24 hour operation and shifts will be varied and rotatedd to ensure the successful candidate is working with all members of the team, therefore full flexibility is required. Additional overtime available.

Shift: Morning shift and night shift of 12 Hours with 3 Months Probation

Salary: 30k-40k

English must be excellent - British Accent will be a bonus

Other benefits: Incentive Bonus, Sports and Entertainment, Leaves and Promotions will be given based on performance

Experience: 1-3 years experience specially in Security

Training: Training will be provided for 3 days
