What does Virtual Assistant do?
Virtual Assistant responsibilities include following up on customer appointments, updating the customer database, sending thank you notes and letters to the customer leads. In additional he/she will also act as a transactional coordinator for all property purchase and sales. Working with the closing companies , attorney office to ensure smooth closing transactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools such as MS Office programs. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement. If you also have previous experience in a mortgage office, title company, or real estate field, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

The ideal candidate should be available for 40 hours a week. Pay raises are guaranteed for candidates who exhibit exceptional performance on a regular basis.
