Description

Joyland Pvt Ltd Company is looking Admin Officer who can manage office.

· Ensure the smooth running of the office and act as a go-to person.

· Assist the executive team and coordinate office arrangements for the team

· Maintain the relationship with the vendors, suppliers and supply levels of office items, payment of utilities bills

· Facilitate the internal communications and maintain filing systems both paper and electronic.

· Support the HR process including recruitment and manage projects such as sourcing and organizing a new office space.

· Maintain all government taxation, licensing and other requirements to operate.

· Manage day to day book keeping, produce monthly management accounts, budgeting and relation with the banks.

· Ensure the office environment is kept to the Health and Safety standards and secure environment for fellow employees.
