We are looking for an experienced HR Executive.

Job Duties:

Organizing End to End Recruitment Process.
Manage HR and Payroll data
Keep the HR system data updated with employees' information
Analyze and update data, as and when required
Coordinate with HR and payroll counterparts in portfolio company sites
Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
Post ads on online job portals and social networks.
Make interview calls and do initial screening for technical evaluation.
Assists in coordinating and implementing recruiting events (job fairs, open house, etc.).
Keeping the company’s social media pages updated.
Reviewing, updating and maintaining HR Monthly Sheets.
Multi-Tasking skills with the ability to perform any task assigned by the management.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills.
Be motivated and self driven.
Be able to act quickly and decisively.
Interviewing Skills.
IT Skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
Organizational skills.
